Umios Corporation today announced its decision to enter into a capital and business alliance with Pataya Food Industries Limited (hereinafter “PFI”), a leading Thai seafood manufacturer. Umios will undertake the alliance together with its Group company Kingfisher Holdings Limited.
The Umios Group positions Thailand serving as a development and processing hub that supplies products globally. The alliance will expand the Group’s portfolio of processed foods and other products, as well as its sales channels in Asia, advancing the glocal strategy set out in its long-term vision.
