Dividend/Dividend Policy
The Company recognizes that appropriately returning profits to shareholders is an important management policy.
During the period of our Mid-term Management Plan "For the ocean, for life 2027" (FY ending March 2026 to FY ending March 2028), our basic policy is to implement progressive dividends based on a premise of a dividend payout ratio of 30% or more. While striving to balance financial stability with sustainable corporate growth, we will work to provide stable and continuous returns to our shareholders.
